Room size vastly smaller than advertised!!! The door had a gap that let in drafts, very unpleasant!!! Furnishings looked worn and tired, clearly needing replacement sooner rather than later.

I had a delightful stay at Birch Glen Lodge. The location was great, with a responsive staff that prepared a lovely break room filled with games and snacks. Check-in was easy with just a code, and the room was comfortably warm.

slow check-in

the birch glen lodge was a total dissappointment. the room was tiny, like a shoebox, and had a gap in the door that let in cold air. And don’t even get me started on the wait time at check-in. 20 minutes for someone to even show up. an upgrade would’ve been nice, but apparently they don’t do that here.

Family with children value for money

The woman on the phone? She was super helpful, even made sure we could get into our room after hours. The room was clean, I mean seriously clean, and had a nice size for the kids to move around.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

had a fantastic stay at birch glen lodge. the deluxe queen room was clean and cozy. the front desk staff was really nice and helpful, making check-in a breeze. the lodge is conveniently located close to attractions, too, which was a big plus.
